My experience with management has been really great. They have been very accommodating with delays in moving in and have done everything in their power to make it up to residents. The apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful with brand new appliances, great natural light, and more than reasonable size for the price and location. I really do not have any complaints.

Great management and clean apartments. it can be loud since we are near the hospital.

It's been months of the fire alarm sporadically going off for hours at a time and Zahlco's management refusing to do anything about this. I say this for literally everyone living across the street - please fix this. It is awful to be randomly awoken at 4 in the morning. Most of here work in healthcare and we need the sleep.

Beautiful and clean. Good new equipment with ceiling lights! Good location and warm hearted manager! Great sunlight. I love this place.
