71 at Tulsa Hills

I really love 71! The staff is great! Brittany, Madison and Erica are very helpful and kind! I enjoy the pool and being so close to Tulsa Hills Shopping Center! Great shopping and food nearby! I love the open space of the kitchen! The open floor plan and huge kitchen island make the space feel very warm and cozy!

Moved into 71 apartments in September and have had a great experience. The community feels very safe is in a great location. The maintenance team is always quick to respond and super helpful whenever something comes up. Whether it’s a small repair or a bigger issue, they get it done fast. No complaints!

I’ve been having ongoing issues with my neighbors — mostly a group of loud twenty-somethings. I’m the furthest thing from a “Karen,” but when my privacy is violated and no one steps in to help, I feel I have to speak up. Unfortunately, security actually yelled at me for reporting the problem, and now they don’t even respond to noise complaints anymore. I’ve made four separate calls to management, but my concerns have been completely ignored. Overall, I’m very unhappy with how issues are handled (or rather, not handled) here. The only positive thing I can say is that the pool area is beautiful and a lot of people enjoy it. However, if you value peace and quiet, avoid any units near the pool — it gets pretty rowdy, especially at night.

Moved in in July and had some trouble with our ac. Maintenance came every day for about 5 days until it was finally fixed. However our electric bill ended up being outrageous and when we reached out to administration they gave us a gift card covering the cost of our entire bill. Happy to say we were very pleased with the outcome and overall experience we’ve had thus far.

I’ve really enjoyed living at 71 at Tulsa Hills! The community feels safe and well-kept, and the staff are always super friendly and quick to help with any questions or maintenance requests. The only thing I will say is they increase the rent quite a bit every year. Expect a $250 lease renewal increase
