Do not move out here. Please if you can avoid it do not move out here. ROACHES, rodents, pest overall is something I dealt with while out here. For this to be a luxury apartment this was 100% unacceptable, they literally charge you a pest fee but do not address the pest. I reported it to the rental office consistently. They neglected my concerns I had to spend my own hard earned money to address the pest infection. I was on a 12 month lease, and when my recertification time came they notified literally on the 60 day in the afternoon with only one hour to confirm if I was renewing my lease if not they was gonna increase the rent automatically. I decline because they added an additional $300 dollars with no upgrades nor changes to my one bedroom apartment old price was $1,575 dollars to new

I love living in my apartment complex because it truly feels like a peaceful and welcoming community, not just a place to stay. I lived at 700 Aqua for three years, and the last year was a nightmare. Managers change constantly, emails go ignored or answered in condescending tones, and tenant struggles are completely ignored. While facing a brain tumor, radiation, hospice care, and job loss, I received zero empathy or support. The rent also increased by $220 this year, making it even harder to keep up. This was one of the most heartless and unprofessional rental experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend anyone live here.

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The community is quiet and well-kept, and the management has been friendly and responsive. My apartment is comfortable and everything has worked great so far. It’s been about 8 months for reference and I haven’t had any complaints or issues in my apartment. Maintenance response has been quick for the minor issues I’ve had. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice place to call home!
