Purchase a home from 70West in 2015 had problems with poor workmanship which they corrected. However there are numerous development issues which still fail to be addressed including transferring of the HOA to the residents. HOA is being controlled by Craig Smith of 70 West who refuses to respond to residents requests for information and updates on when these items will be corrected. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN INVESTING YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS.
Excellent Home Builder for the price point and very nice staff to work with.
I live in this "paradise" and wouldn't want to live anywhere else! I love it!!
