I absolutely love living here. My apartment is so beautiful, the large windows and view of the city make me feel like I’m living in a movie. The staff is incredibly responsive. If something is broken it is promptly fixed and all the common areas are well maintained and nice to use. We looked at 5 other places around the city and this is by far the best choice.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The team here is awesome! They're responsive, friendly, and genuinely caring. The location is unbeatable with everything within walking distance and the Trax being right out front, and the units themselves are modern, spacious, and super nice! The amenities are beautiful and so nice and they regularly have events and activities that make it easy to connect with neighbors - which is so nice as someone that moved from out of state. It's so nice to actually live somewhere that is building a community instead of just a place to live. If you're apartment hunting, I highly recommend 6th and Main!

One of the best locations and blocks to live at downtown the same block as The Grand America. TRAX is right out front and you can get anywhere in the city and to the airport. The amenities are amazing! Year round pool & hot tub, open until midnight. The Gym has great equipment including a free weight squat rack. Jackie the manager is so sweet, she truly goes out of her way to take care of everyone. Highly recommend 6th & Main!

The location is absolutely fantastic, with easy access to everything downtown. The apartments themselves are well-maintained and the amenities are top-notch. What really stands out, though, is the management and maintenance team. Jackie, the manager, is absolutely amazing. She is always friendly, responsive, and quick to address any issues. Any time I've needed help, she's been incredibly professional and helpful. It really makes a difference and shows they care about their residents. I highly recommend living here!

I've been living here for over 2.5 years now, and in that time the complex amenities have stayed very clean and well taken care of. Additionally, the leasing team is very attentive and helpful. Overall, this is a great place to live, especially if you take the TRAX often.
