UPDATE (with documented proof): Management publicly stated that the transactions were only “attempted” and did not process. This statement is incorrect. My bank records show that ACH withdrawals in the amounts of $3,000 and $4,000 were successfully processed under the originator name REDWOODPARTNERS-CO, and the funds were removed from my account. These were not merely attempts — the money was actually withdrawn and only returned after I reported the transactions to my bank as unauthorized and initiated a reversal. As a result of these unauthorized withdrawals, I was forced to close my bank account and open a new one to protect myself from further unauthorized access. This caused significant disruption and should never occur after a tenant has moved out and is no longer on the lease. T

Be careful when you rent here. They were not the easiest company to deal with. The "manager" Jim will speak to you like an idiot, unless you're a man then you get spoken to like a normal, intelligent person. Constant noise from other tenants that never gets dealt with. They'll forget to tell you that you moved in on a "Move In Special" rate, until your lease expires and they raise the rent to "market value". The grill barely worked. The hot tub deck was usually filthy and when it was clean it was "closed early". I'm convinced that they are mainly renting to Air BnB since there was a changing roster of travelers in and out of the building on a weekly basis. We lasted a year and couldn't get out fast enough.

Awful experience ! Neighborhood is scary , lot of violence on the street, prostitution and drug dealers. Loud noises all night from drunk people leaving the bars ,... Management raised up my rent 700$ and when I told them I'm leaving they tried to find me a " better " deal that wasn't really worth the pain of living there . When I said no thank u and checked out and had them come to my apartment and approve everything looked really good before I left , I got my security deposit " stolen " from me because of excuses they came out with after the manager already walked through the apt and said I'm good to go . When I tried to call and email the management for details they never answered back . Very shady business. Don't move there
