655 East Bay

This is my third year living in the beautiful apartment on the third floor of 655 East Bay St. It has eight windows, 6 with Southern exposure, two to the East. I can see the sun rise all year. In the winter the place heats up nicely on sunny days, and the AC does very well keeping the temp down in the summer. The appliances and amenities are great. I enjoy watching the cars come off the trains and being loaded onto the car ships. I feel safe and happy here.

I have recently moved to 655 from another complex downtown and I have been so happy with my experience! The management has been very responsive and the location is great. I get so much sunlight in my apartment.

I recently toured with Katie at a few of the properties and had a great experience! The location and price point are both fantastic. I’ll definitely be considering this community when my lease is up.

I have lived here for over a year and love it! It is so quiet and everyone is so nice! Staff is responsive and here to help with whatever is needed. Great location!

3 days of a major water leak outside my unit, ceiling seeping with water, smells awful, and it’s been days before anyone could bother to call me back, finally went in after work to beg for a resolution… When asked if they would even test for mold when they “can hopefully get the 3rd party roofing company out there” they said there is no reason for that, show me your pictures… Oddly the paint color around that area has been discolored since I moved in, so paint touch ups over and over…. I put a trash can to catch the drips so the carpet does not get even more disgusting … it was the coldest, “ I can’t get over there, I have to pick my kids up, but can look next week” from their district manager So sad, absolutely love the location even their maintenance crew is leaving the company Hoping
