639 Realty LLC

I am sharing these horrific photos because I want to help someone else out who might erroneously consider renting from 639 Realty LLC in the future. I became a tenant in this building in May and before I could even get all of my things moved in all the way, I began seeing roaches here and there. 639 Realty LLC promises to send an exterminator every 4th Wednesday of the month. I worked from home and no exterminator came for 2 months. I called to inform them and they sent a guy out who did not even want to service my entire apartment. Once I complained and he returned, he serviced the apartment but the job was ineffective because the roach count never declined; it increased. I am a clean individual who has never had roaches in all of the previous BK apartments I've occupied. In fact, I haven

since we moved into 639 its been horrible ... the garbage room is nasty and have a foul odor ! nobody puts they garbage in plastic bags. They would literally just put a plate of food in the garbage room && then wonder why we have rats and roaches ... that garbage room so be sterilize everyday I watch it get pile up with filth ! , also people on the higher level keep throwing food on out fire escape ! Ex; RICE , CHICKEN , CEREAL && a lot of other things it is nasty and disgusting nobody wants to wake up to open the window and see somebody nasty food on their fire escape ! also the stair case stink it smells like piss on occasion . the bathroom have lil tiny bugs in the sink that Rome there all day I don't know where they coming from , the shower pressure is horrible feel like no water compi

There are a lot of improvements that needs to be done to the building.
