Nice and clean place. Maintenance Anthony is super nice and friendly. BUT parking is an issue that has not been solved for the three years I’ve been living here. People who don’t live here keep parking in the parking lot. Management’s ability to problem solving is on the weaker side as they still don’t have a solution for this problem ... Good luck try to find a parking spot on the street during school year if you come back home a little late. Other than that. Nice apts.

I lived here for 2.5 years and loved living here. The building is very clean with an excellent and responsive maintenance team that really get to know the tenants. Along with that it was the quietest apartment I’ve lived in. Overall great room and building and conveniently located near overbrook station and has a parking lot as well. Would recommend this place to anyone!

I love this place! It's in a small quiet building in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Building is clean and well kept. No issues with maintenance they come in a timely fashion when needed. Building manager is very hands on and is on the premises quite often. Apartments are modern and newly renovated. Stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and microwave. No issues with mice or rodents. Great place to live.
