I can’t say enough great things about my experience at 6190 West! From the moment I leased my apartment, both ladies Sarah and Amber in the office have been incredibly helpful and professional. Every maintenance request I submitted was handled the same day — talk about amazing service! They truly care about their residents and are always willing to work with you if any issues arise. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I’ve loved everything about living here, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of care and attention they provide. They are simply one of the best in Mobile!

I’ll start with the good before I get to the bad... 1. Maintenance will respond quickly to any small fixes needed for your apartment. (this is not the case with community amenities). 2. Management has always been responsive and they’re usually pretty nice. 3. The bath tubs in the unit are very large and in unit storage is plentiful. And the bad: This place is definitely not as nice as it seems online. My biggest complaint is that they cannot seem to properly maintain a pool here. It has only been open about 20% of the time and I’ve been living here 11 months. The only time it was open was during the brief cool season. The pool has been green for months and it seems like they are not ever getting around to fixing it. This is a key amenity in such a hot climate. Also, the volleyball court

I’ve lived here for almost 3 months and have enjoyed every minute. Staff and maintenance crew are always kind and attentive. The complex is beautifully maintained and, except for one particular tenant with an obnoxious souped-up, super-loud Cadillac, quiet and pleasant. I haven’t heard that annoying vehicle recently, so hoping he’s moved elsewhere. The pool is very nice. I’ve enjoyed it many times with my granddaughter who loves the fountains. I’m happy I chose this complex and plan to be here for a long time.

Very nice quiet complex! The apartments are nice. I love the open floor plan and the balcony! I enjoy having a car garage to put my car in. Matence are always on top of everything. The ladies in the front office are so all very sweet!

Day 7 and I’m really liking it here as a resident. Glad I decided to be here! The grounds are nice, it’s quiet, my apartment is spacious and without and upgraded unit it’s still really nice. Another bonus, having garages. I think I’m going to like it here. (Annie’s voice lol)
