It’s been almost a month since we moved into 605, and honestly, we’re really happy here. The staff have been so kind and accommodating — they always greet us with a smile and are quick to help whenever we need something. The place feels peaceful, and everything from the hallways to the amenities is clean and well taken care of. It just feels comfortable and welcoming. We’re truly glad we chose 605 — it already feels like home.

I’ve lived here for three years, and my overall experience has been positive. The community is kept clean, the leasing office staff is professional, and the maintenance team is great, requests are always resolved quickly. However, there are a few things potential residents should keep in mind: 1. Fetch Package Service: The building uses Fetch, which adds an extra day to all deliveries. Even if you have Amazon Prime 1-day shipping, it takes two days to reach your unit because of the middleman service. It feels redundant to pay for both Prime and a mandatory Fetch fee just to get standard 2-day delivery. 2. Water Pressure: The shower in my unit had quite low water pressure, which wasn't disclosed before signing. I highly recommend checking the water pressure in your specific unit during y

Apartment itself is fine, however management is terrible. The apartment has a guest suite for visitors to stay at for a reasonable cost. This was ideal since it's nice to be close by, and the guest apartment itself was clean. However, after my guests checked out, we were accused of damages that we did not cause and told we would be charged $200+ (eg, pet urine stains on wall, broken wardrobe). We did not have a pet, and the wardrobe was already broken upon arrival. Management insisted the damage was caused by us, even though they were unable to provide proof when we requested it. There was never an apology for the false accusation. Since this incident, my guests have preferred to stay elsewhere during visits. Due to this experience I would warn others on leasing an apartment here as well,

Overall fine experience. They host good events and the apartment itself was nice. Sometimes the leasing office staff can be a bit rude though which I did not love. Only some of them, others on staff were nice. My biggest complain is just that I hate the key fobs. It’s so easy to lock yourself out, and there were a few times I locked myself out and called the courtesy officer with no response and had to wait hours. 😭

I lived at 605 West End for two years and the first year my experience was good overall. However, once Willow Bridge and their management team took over, things went downhill relatively quickly. They take much longer to respond to emails and other communications. They give very short notice for inconveniencing processes like carpet cleanings, fire alarm inspections, etc. Also, the fire alarm malfunctions quite often and there were several occasions where it malfunctioned in the middle of the night (between 2-4 am). The overall cleanliness of the building and common areas wasn’t great, especially the gym. The gate to the parking garage always seemed to be broken or malfunctioning and at the time I moved out, the A/C and heating in the building hallways was still broken (had been for about a
