603 Place Apartments

Mega roach infestation— a big one crawled on me while I was in bed. Rusty kitchenette smelled like dog-urine. Super loud wall-AC that must be kept on or the room is too hot. Terrible neighbor that was very mean and also smoked next to my AC, second-hand smoke entering my unit. Landlord (Gary) acknowledged the problem but did not take any action to stop the smoking or the behavior. Drywall cracking. Large holes in the walls around the pipes where roaches could hide. Honestly would have been a chill place if not for the roaches and the rude neighbor. I don’t tolerate bugs or mean people.

Way overpriced motel room/apartment. Very dated.
