The Jackson apartments have a retro charm on the outside. The apartment is beautiful and unexpectedly comfortable on the inside. Small pet friendly and laundry on site. 😃

Hands down, Maria is the best at her job! She was able to explain all necessary processes and made sure that all of my questions were answered. I have never had an apartment application and rental experience go this smoothly. Truly an amazing asset to the community!

During my time here (5 years-moving soon!) there have been several problems...washer and dryer (shared facility) went out numerous times, hot water tank went out sporadically (days at a time) for several months, hot water leaks out of shower/bath spout continuously (maintenance had to replace parts several times-still leaks). Mold issue in bathroom (no fan to suck up moisture). I live on the bottom unit and I can hear EVERYTHING above me (only one tenant, I could only imagine if there were more!). The building itself is old (pipes, plumbing, insolation etc). Parking sucks-very small spaces and narrow driving area so extreme caution if you have a larger vehicle (SUV, truck etc). The property is very well maintained. Liz Thomas, community manager was extremely helpful completing the rental agreement.

Maria Hernandez is the best land lord I ever had. She made this apartment feel like home to me, and always welcomed me with a smile no matter the time of day. I am so happy to have known her.
