There were so many issues with this apartment and particularly the property manager. It was the worst managed building I’ve ever lived in. Here were the big ones: 1. I caught a roach in our apartment, and it took them three days to send someone out. He was there for so long, I named him Mark (photo included). 2. They rarely respond to emails. The only solid way to contact them is calling roughly between 10 am and 1 pm Monday-Thursday. 3. They charged us for the last month’s rent when we had already paid that upon moving in. We paid before we realized the error and when we called them about it, they said they’d refund after we moved out. Very shady, in my opinion, and I’m sure they’ve gotten away with double charging others who didn’t realize. They also sent the money (plus our security dep

We scheduled a tour of this complex. We traveled to Boston from North Carolina and the person we scheduled with on last Friday March 18th did not show up for the tour. We waited in the lobby for 30 minutes and we called and no one would assist us. The pictures on the website of the lobby are not the way it actually looks. The lobby has soiled furniture and is not clean. Also, we were able to enter because someone opened the door..not secure at all. Horrible. Luckily we had other tours scheduled and fouls some very nice properties. This place is a NO 👎🏽

I take my daughter to see a OBGYN DOCTOR, before she left for college. The nurse were friendly, but the DOCTOR WALK IN SHE DIDN'T ACKNOWLEDGE ME. SHE START SPEAKING TO MY DAUGHTER FIRST. I FEEL DISRESPECTED BUY HER. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THAT CLINIC, TO ANY PARENT. WE NEED MORE BLACK OBGYN DOCTOR, IN THE BROCKTON AREA. HOWEVER WE NEED MORE BLACK DOCTOR, IN MASSACHUSETTS TAKE CARE OFF OUR HEALTH. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR.

There is a package and clothes thief in this apartment. The management never help you to find your lost property, they never return the call, never response the email. The worst apartment in the world.
