600 Lofts Apartments

I want to give a very honest opinion because I feel an injustice has just occurred in this building. I've lived here for two years. In the first year, I was robbed inside the parking garage. Someone stole valuables from my car at night. The next day, when I spoke with management to see if they could review the security camera footage to help me, they told me that the footage could only be accessed if I filed a police report. I immediately called the police, filed the report, and the police came to the building and left an email address for them to send the videos. Absolutely nothing happened. No one helped me, supported me, or even responded to me about what happened. And this time, I woke up and my car was NOT IN THE PARKING GARAGE. I was terrified because I thought my car had been stolen

We had a difficult and disappointing experience with 600 Lofts during our relocation to Utah. After a virtual tour on November 4th, we were assured that we could apply using our Hawaii employment income, even though we were moving and would be finding new jobs after arriving. Based on this information, we applied and paid our fees early so we could secure housing for our January 1st move. Later, we were told that the information we were given was not acceptable, which left us unexpectedly searching for housing right before our move. This caused a lot of stress for our family. The leasing staff were kind, but we hope communication can be improved so other families do not experience the same situation.

Great Location & Well Maintained: (Updated 05-17-2021) Maintenance has super fast response often within minutes, and work tirelessly to resolve your issue. The staff has a positive disposition that allow residents to be heard openly and fairly. They accepts pet (breed restricted), and have in ground parking secured by garage doors. Video surveillance and a security company monitor the property. This building is located on one of the most highly trafficked intersections in the city. 600 South is a one-way freeway access streets and State Street cuts through the entire valley. This Urban dwelling has big city appeal. There is a modern well equipped fitness room with 24 hour access and an Office space with some terminals and decent hours. High end gas grills are are custom built on one

600 Lofts has been a great experience so far - the downtown benefits at an affordable price. I'm not sure you could find many other places with such a great location plus nice living arrangements themselves. Even the studios have washers and dryers and dishwashers. It's been a fun place to live, and I'm glad I picked it.

A stacked washer/dryer needed to be replaced in my apartment. Wade and Dylan came this morning to install the new one. They went above and beyond. I don't know why the architects design utility closets that are not technician accessible for the washer drain hose, water hoses, and dryer vent hose but Dylan remained behind the appliance while Wade pushed it in to the closet, Dylan hooked up the hoses etc. and then climbed out, over the top, to get out of the closet. Impressive guys!
