In my opinion poor management and even worse security. They should do a better job hiring and be a better steward of the building and the area. I don’t think they are professional. Nor would I ever want to deal with them. I’m not a tenant but as an attorney and owner of commercial property I would not recommend this building or management company not would lease at this or property or use this management complaint. I think they should fire the head of security, Raul.
Parking deck is run extremely poorly. Prioritize LA Fitness parking over businesses that are leasing office space and paying $200/month for parking. Can't use the stairs to walk down levels of floors so the elevators are always jammed up. Poorly managed property.
Absolute rip-off for parking. DO NOT go there if you're visiting local museums or other area attractions. No rates are posted at the entrance. We found out the hard way that it's a whopping $27.60 for just 3 1/2 hours.
Nice building with street (metered) parking. The security staff was friendly and helpful. I love the view from the upper floors. Even though Wilshire Blvd. is busy, the neighborhood around this building is quiet and peaceful.
Hi my name is Susie. I was visiting the Gym with my friend and it came to my attention the way one of the managers approached and employee. Katie to be more specific, was publicly yelling at one of the employees in an inhumane way . I am a manager myself and could not believe the mistreatment. I believe it was 100 percent unprofessional from a manager to have that approach. We are all human beings and deserve to be respected and feel comfortable in a work environment. I hope this is an issue that could be fixed.
