Parking Elevator broke for Months. One parking elevator has not worked for years. The other one has been broken for 3 months. I have mobility issues, this is not acceptable.

While I appreciate the apparent convenience of an open parking garage (THE GATE WAS UP), the complete lack of functional payment infrastructure and clear instructions speaks volumes about the establishment's operational oversight. To receive a bill for $55 without any opportunity to obtain a ticket, visible signage, or any indication of payment procedures is not merely an inconvenience; it represents a profound failure of management. Given that the party dined at Lenny's at 555, the responsibility for this charge unequivocally rests with the restaurant, not with me. It is incumbent upon their management to resolve this glaring deficiency.

A covered walkway from the parking garage to the building would have been a grandslam! Other than that it's a really beautiful building...and I am tenant.
