Great place to live for an unbeatable price. The staff at the leasing office are kind and helpful. I never had to wait long for maintenance requests, and didn’t have any issues with management or neighbors. The complex is adjacent to the bayou, where there is a biking/running trail and open-air fitness center that I took advantage of during my time there. I was fortunate enough to get an apartment towards the back of the complex, where I had a nice tree-filled view from my window. I would often see blue jays and cardinals from my kitchen- really a beautiful spot. This place got me through the end of law school and studying for the BAR exam. It’s an absolute deal for what they charge. Would definitely recommend.

Can I see floor plans for these apartments and how cheap are they per month idI love to know for both myself and my loving wife cause we are needing something ASAP to move in to like right away instead of living in this small motel room we are living in from Day to today and other than that we both are homeless you might as well say cause most of our stuff is in storage except for what we have in our motel room and I have to go out day by day making money the best way I can to keep us in the motel room we are in and only by the grace of God Almighty Jesus Christ are we able to stay where we are but very much ready to be in our own apartment both me and my loving wife Mia Rena ETHRIDGE are so please god Almighty Jesus Christ help us out and ameA..
