I recently view this complex! Very nice, clean, and spacious! Thick walls and high ceiling sound like a recipe for quite living which were some of my favorite things! Nakia was amazing! Very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable of the complex and it's amenities. I'm looking forward to becoming a member of the community!

Upon moving in during my first lease 2023 I would rate management with at least 4 stars. However, my renewal came with new management, I now rate a 2. First mistake was allowing pest control in my unit while I wasnt home. This was absolutely a big NO NO. My privacy is everything to me!. Never had a problem with old management knowing to call first in order to arrange maintenance or anyone in my unit and maintenance was always swift. Now, it's a hit or miss. Next problem, I received a notice on my door for default of my lease terms being late on the 2nd day of the month. Never knew or ever had old management to do this before the 5th or thereafter. Next, the following month, I receive a text stating my rent would be late on 12/4/2025 and charged a 10 percent late fee. Mind you the ol

We recently rented a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit at 54 Station, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. We visited on a Saturday to tour the property and complete our application, and to our surprise, we were able to move in as early as Monday. The process was not only fast but incredibly smooth.
