Eric Baker must the best real estate agent that ever lived. God provides only the best! He worked above and beyond to help prep the house for pics and the listing and had almost 50+ showings in just two days which must be some kind of real estate record. On his own he went in there and replaced a few light bulbs and at the last minute with short notice hauled away some patio furniture and items from the garage at the buyers demand.
