Fully furnished, very modern, good share spaces, perfect for people who are only planning to stay short term. Maintenance team is very responsive and friendly. If nothing big comes up, you can live comfortably. However, the management & Leasing team is much less responsive and nice, especially after you move out, which brought my overall experience to a 3 star instead of a 4. Me and my former roommate both had security deposit issues, they just ignored our emails and didn’t return it until being pushed a lot. No clarity and respect whatsoever. Would be nice if they could take some more responsibility.

** edited February I changed it from 4 to 3 stars, as rent here has gone up by 100-200 dollars a year, which is very unsustainable for me as a student and for many the residents here. Rent does not increase this quickly at other similar quality locations in Boston. not bad. Overall its a nice building, staff have been kind. Majority of the people living here are East Asian. Upsides are - kind and fast maintenance - clean and quality amenities and decor Downsides are - expensive given the location - very slow elevator - occassional long wifi outages

As a former resident, I love this place! Fully furnished furniture and electricity and gas are free! So convenient and the restaurant in the neighborhood is amazing. Chris and Max are so supportive and kind to help residents have the best experience. When I first moved in, I mentioned that I noticed an odor in the hallway. Chris immediately took action, opened an investigation, and worked to find a solution. It’s very rare to see a manager go above and beyond like this. Many other leasing companies would not do anything. I truly appreciate how swiftly and professionally they handled the situation. They are always responsive and nice to me.

2 stars for location, parking, and wdiu. Been living here since 2022. Rent isn’t cheap but is manageable. Maintenance is nice and generally responsive. Management is poor and quality is decreasing. Not sure what the property manager (currently Lindsey) does besides tell everyone the office is closing early and reply to internet reviews, it seems like everyone else is at least somewhat helpful besides her. Talk directly to NatDev if you need to get something done. All that to say it’s still better than a lot on the block.

1. Management is braindead, especially the newer management (last 3 months): They left the leasing office vacant with no concierge on site during an all-day power outage that was scheduled well in advance. They left both vestibule doors propped open all day so anyone could just walk in, if you got locked out there would’ve been no way to get in because the electronic locks were down. This particular instance of maintenance was unavoidable, but other instances are poorly managed timing-wise and they make it a huge hassle with no management on-site to deal with the fallout. 2. Concierges (although nice people) don’t do anything except check in packages to an already automated system. They don’t check in guests, they don’t sign for packages (all the things concierges are supposed to do). They
