From the moment I walked into 525 historic Kempsville Apartments, the Daporcha was absolutely amazing. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made the entire experience feel effortless. I was able to secure a rental the same day I visited, and my move-in date is scheduled for January. The community has such a beautiful, historic charm, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming as soon as you step into the office. The units are truly unique—with selective layouts and stunning 14 foot ceilings that give the space an incredible character. I highly recommend 525 historic Kempsville to anyone looking to live in the Kempsville area who wants something special, distinctive, and full of history. I’m excited and can’t wait to move into my new apartment home!

Awful . If I could give it 0 stars I would . The apartments it self are not bad . The staff is awful , the maintenance is awful . I had a problem with my a/c instead of fixing it they tired to teach me how AC works. I’m adult . It was over 80+ degrees in those home . Moved to another unit and they allowed a dog to disturb and bark loudly with no repercussions loudly in an inside building . When I brought this to their attention I was met with repercussions. After doing so my apartment was being subjected to routine checks and and employee from subsequent apartment complexes began messaging me and threatening me . This was done in retaliation to My complaint . It took no time to find out that that employee and Rebecca clymo , the property manager were connected . I reached out to higher up

Zero out of 10 I do not recommend. Don’t plan on getting any sleep. You can hear everything going on outside on all ends. Watch your step, no one cleans up their dog poop. My kid lost two new pairs of shoes from piles of poop bigger than her feet. Not to mention when it rains the whole complex smells like animal urine until the ground dries up. Before moving in, I vacuumed (I own a Kirby, for those of you who know, you know how good that vacuum is) when I sat on the carpet to put furniture together I was covered in animal hair. When I moved out they had the nerve to keep my deposit and charge me for carpet cleaning.

I just have to say WOW! Moved in last week. I feel like I have bought a high end condo, not rented an apartment. I have the Logan, 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Beautiful wood floors, caramel granite in the Gigantic kitchen. I lived in the newest and "greatest" apartments in Town Center, these are much nicer and much higher end. The gym and entertainment areas are first rate! The staff, I can't say enough nice things about, they are incredibly helpful! My biggest concern was the internet, they do their own, I have had the highest tiers of Cox and Verizon, this is faster! Now stop reading this and go rent an apartment!

525 is a great community. Apts have a modern flair and great amenities and paid parking was a plus. Staff is great and maintenance friendly. Property convenient to shopping. Highly recommend!
