Great apartment maintenance service. Greg quickly replaced our kitchen sink disposal and fixed the dishwasher. Very professional, efficient, and friendly. It’s great to live in a place with such reliable maintenance support.

I’ve never been somewhere that I’ve experienced so much theft and no one seem to care. Back in 2023 my first week of moving to this place they broke into my boyfriend’s car and it’s like nothing. Packages always end up missing place smells like garbage half the time. When you call the office it’s as if you’re being a bother they’re so unprofessional. They change staff the way you change your underwear! That’s not a good look! Great location but choose another property if you want to be in Northgate.

My experience at The Enclave at Northgate, from application to move-in was nothing short of amazing. As a first-time renter, I was very nervous about the process and unsure if my application would even be approved. To my surprise, it was approved in less than 24 hours! Leasing Agent Matthew is truly an asset to the company. He was warm, welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The Property Manager, Angelika, was equally wonderful accommodating, attentive, and was so always willing to help. Both made my transition into my new space call home smooth and stress-free. What was so amazing throughout the entire process, they both had a smile on their face which speaks volume.

My cart was stolen from parking garage in this building. It was vandalism two days before theft happened. Even though I reported to Sarah Manager, I did not get any solution or accommodating in another safe place. Parking is dirty and because they share parking with other business. Cars are driving faster. Hopefully this is not happening again with community.

Not a safe building to live in. There is a problem with homeless folks being let in. They are working on it, but it's taking a while. Ive had to put in multiple maintenance requests for the same thing. They will say the maintenance request was completed when in fact it wasn't. I've also had one request canceled. When we moved in I had to put in multiple maintenance requests as the apartment had a bit of damage to the floors, the microwave and the counter. I should NOT have to put in requests the day AFTER I move in! None. When walking into the leasing office, I have yet to be greeted when walking in. I always feel as I'm an inconvenience to them as no one looks up, greets us upon entry, nothing. Lastly, the leasing office will go around and pick up our packages (Amazon locker is
