510 New River Apartments

I was interested in these apts. but after reading all these terrible reviews about the apts., roaches, bad neighborhood, etc. I am definitely staying where I am! That's why everyone should always read reviews!!

These people are crooks and they should be investigated. the apartments is basically a roach motel, the walls are infested with mildew that they just simply paint over it, they utilize not renewing your lease to raise up rent by forcing you to rent month to month, if you don't pay the extra $100 they will charge you a additional $100 claiming it's a late fee, and there is nobody to discuss anything with other than via email. Beware of New River because nothing new when it comes to dealing with racist people.

The staff is horrible your car get towed had I known this would had never moved over here worse place to stay also they give you paper to scan the QR code immediately takes you to pay instead of filling out the rest of information and they say it’s your fault for not reading no it’s yall fault for not knowing how QR CODE work dummy worse worse place to stay ooo and if your car gets tow towed they will not pay bill they blame the tenant when it’s there dumb behind instructions that fail not tenants

I am so pleased with my new home, the place is nice and clean. The apartments are in a nice area. The leasing consultant Ms. Natalia is a pleasure to work with. So sweet, helpful and passionate to help others in need. Highly recommend

The parking is horrible at night, been towed twice, flood zone, had no warning! They some pocket watchers! Oh had packages stolen! Landlord gives same story all the time!! And they got the nerve to hit with an eviction ,, 90 day lease!
