507 Enclave Apartments

Just moved in about two weeks ago, but the process of looking into it was well over a month ago. My agent is Ta'Ani and she was incredibly sweet and patient while I made the transition to live alone for the first time. She kept offering options and ways I could make this work. She's so communicative, making sure things are okay. Touring, I love this place, it felt perfect, but Ta'Ani absolutely sold it, especially with all her help in the application process. I didn't think I'd ever live in Seattle due to financials, but here I am and I feel so at home. I'm so glad so far to be living here, thanks to Ta'Ani :)

I moved in almost a month ago. Overall, I'm satisfied. Although the building isn't a new building, I’m satisfied with all the structure and facilities. The room is spacious with a good layout, which is hard to find at this price. The building is connected to the street, with a few restaurants on the first floor. Inside, it's quiet and smells pleasant along the hallway. I don’t even hear the rain from inside. I want to give a 5-star rating for the staff. Even nearly a month after I missed out on my preferred room, she responded quickly and provided all the information I needed. Recently moved in and the leasing agent Abigail was very helpful and available for any issues or concerns I had. There was 1 issue with the thermostat and heat but Modesto in maintenance came right over and fixed it . The building is quiet which is good when trying to sleep.

Avoid Renting Here – Management Will Find Any Excuse to Charge You! I strongly advise against renting at this apartment. The building manager is extremely picky and will look for any reason to charge you extra fees when you move out. In my case, I accidentally left a single pan in the oven, and they claimed the oven was "not cleaned" and charged me a cleaning fee. It's clear they are more interested in squeezing extra money out of tenants rather than being fair. Save yourself the hassle and rent elsewhere!

Terrible experience with The Enclave Apartments. I toured the building and decided to apply for an apartment. I paid both the application fees and a deposit. However, after applying, we received no information about required documents or next steps. We had to contact the office ourselves multiple times, only to be met with vague responses or no response at all. Eventually, the leasing officer decided to cancel our application unilaterally, without informing us. We only discovered the cancellation because we followed up on our own. When we finally managed to speak to someone in person, they told us they wouldn’t refund the deposit due to "company policy."
