501 on First

The apartment building is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The heated sidewalks are a plus during the Rochester winter. A 5-minute walk to Mayo Clinic and downtown, with an organic wholefood grocery store right outside of the building. David is very responsive and accommodating. The move-in process went very smoothly. We have a 1bed 1bath, the space is good enough for 2. I recommend it for anyone looking for a long-term lease near Mayo Clinic.

Amazing apartment!!!! I have a 1 bedroom apartment and David and the 501 team are super responsive and helpful with the move in, working to find an apartment that is right for me, and helping me fix any (minor) problems we have noticed. I couldn't be happier with my time at 501!!!! Great housing for employees of Mayo with ~5-10 min walk from the hospital

We had such a great time living in 501! Best apt experience Ever! David and his management team is always on top of everything. Non-emergency Maintenance request is usually taken care of the next day. We once had an emergency request and David showed up within 10mins and helped us fix it. It is totally a worry-free apt to live! They also deliver packages to your front door which is super convenient!! David is a fabulous manager, very easy to communicate with and always takes tenants’ requests seriously. We had transfer lease and early termination during our stay and it all went very smoothly thanks to him. I would highly recommend to live in 501 if you want a worry-free and cozy/luxury apt experience. I know I would rent here again if I needed to.

I recently moved to 501 on 1st and everything has been amazing so far! The apartments and building are beautiful, safe, decently priced and have a super convenient location. The manager (David) went above and beyond to help me in the lease and move in process. Thanks!!

Wonderful place to live! The management is super nice and friendly, and the building is well taken care of. Beautiful, clean and spacious units and the place it is just couple of minutes walk to the Mayo buildings with a grocery store next door. With the underground heated parking, the on-property gym, common area for studying/working and the coffee machine that greets you at the front door, living here is a very pleasant experience!
