Avoid with everything you can to live inside these apartments! I lived in so many apartments and these have absolutely the worst apartments issues and that also includes with the dramatic increase in rent! Everything falls apart like a Sand Castle! They have the audacity to even charge you for the things that break or fall apart,. Maybe back then they were more durable but they supposedly "remodeled" and now it feels like living the SHEIN version of an apartment! These people are money hungry and are trying to charge you every cent they can.

As a delivery driver, I absolutely hate this place. Nothing is numbered in a way that makes any sense which makes it extremely difficult to find people's apartments in there. There aren't any layout maps at the entrances so you can have an idea of where you're going and some of the entrances aren't even connected to anything else. I can't imagine how difficult it would be for an ambulance or emergency services to get to someone in there. Literally, one of the worst apartment complexes I've been to!

After housing authority approved me for project based housing They denied me because of my credit like seriously?! WTH would I be moving to the projects for if I had perfect credit 10/10 do not recommend if you fall on hard times and need affordable housing
