I have lived her 15 plus years. Back when it was originally called spruce Park. Back then this place was not great. Once you guys took over and got rid of people that were problematic and started fixing up the place, things got better as the years went on. Between updated appliances, to new sidings on the apartments. Everything got better. Extremely friendly management and workers. Landscaping is always taken care of all throughout the year. You have your own personal parking spot to your apartment. Plus additional parking if you have another vehicle. Plenty of visitors parking. Everything all around got extremely better once you guys took over. This community turned into a home thanks to you all. I grew up here for most of my early childhood and loved it. The grounds here look amazing and are well kept. The new siding they put on all the buildings really looks great. The management is very friendly and always on top of things. You can ask them anything and they're always happy to help. If I have one thing to say it's that the neighbors complained about me riding my bike around too much.

Its been 7 years that I've been calling this community a home. Its a very comfortable place for me. The townhouse feels like my own private house having my own entrance door with the patio in front. I love the fact that we have our own washer and dryer. My kids love it here, I just wish there was a pool on the community so we could cool off. I would recommend this community to anyone.

The grounds are amazing. But the people that live here are worthless. There is trash everywhere. The maintenance people try to keep up with it, but it us never ending. Also, for whatever reason the children here appear to be feral. They just run around outside screaming all.the.time! The units themselves aren't bad, the rent is cheap and their pet policy is great. But, no one picks up after their dogs so there is that. If you do have a dog you have to be hyper vigilant when you walk it because these people throw everything on the ground including chicken bones and chocolate! Maintenance comes quickly, but fixes things half assed. I wish I could upload a picture of my bath tub... The money I am saving on my rent is not worth the headache. When my lease is up we are out of here.

It is so loud here, I had kids throwing snowballs at my apartment. No one respects your space or privacy. I would have kids literally right up at my window looking in. They would sit and play in the steps of the apartment. Had the police there every other weekend due to domestic disturbance. It looks way better in the pictures. The “fishing pond” is a mosquito swamp. The playgrounds are not well maintained. It is overpriced and overall not a good place to live. I was there for two years until it finally broke me.
