500 Ocean

I’ve been living at 500 ocean since December 2024, and the very first time that I entered the building I knew this was a place I wanted to live in!! It was just decorated so beautifully, you could tell that they really wanted to make this a place that is Welcoming. And as I’m coming up on one year living here at 500 ocean, I can say that every season, they always decorate the place so nicely and festive and throw us parties. They are always trying to make things nice for us. They really put so much effort into making this an inviting place to call home. Thank you Miriam and staff!!

I’ve been living at 500 Ocean Apartments boynton beach and overall it’s been a great experience. What really stands out is how well the property is maintained and how responsive the staff are. The management team is professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve handled it quickly and respectfully. I can’t thank mirabel enough for her efforts.

I was a resident for 3 years. It was a great experience the first two years. Overtime, the quality of service significantly diminished. Some examples are: Cleanliness: Dirty and worn carpet. Trash around corridors. Dirty staircases. Cluttered balconies. Hallway obstruction. Maintenance and upkeep: Broken entrance door locks. Parking deck lighting. Continuous fire alarm panel issues resulting in numerous false alarms. Leadership professionalism: Respect and Communication.

I’ve been living here for a couple months now and Miriam and Miguel has been nothing but more than helpful. They always try to get it done right away everytime I submit a maintenance request. I also have a retail space (NAISL & Co.) below my apartment as well, an I have absolutely no complaints. 10/10 recommend this place if you want a clean, luxury, affordable and full of amenities place to live.
