The staff is very professional as well as the security. Lisa and Marsala have gone above and beyond to make living here a pleasant experience. I would also like to say the new young man at the front desk is very respectful and professional I believe his name is Luke

I just want to give a shoutout to management. They are very professional, always willing to work with you, and Lisa Evans is a blessing, she is awesome, she is understanding and goes above and beyond to help you out. I just want to thanks to the whole office team but definitely a shoutout to Lisa Evans. Keep being the beautiful person you are inside and out🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾 This is coming from someone who has been here years, years, and years.

I am currently having loads of issues with these apartments. We resigned our lease very recently to start on October 1st, 2023 but decided we no longer want to extend our stay. After speaking to the office they say because the lease has been submitted they cannot release us from the lease. I have tried to look for a corporate number and have trouble finding one. My a/c goes out every week it feels like and the excuse is we have one maintenance guy doing everything he can. Every time I put in a work order it gets put as if it was completed but yet is still broken. Recently when they tried to fix our a/c they sent a carpet cleaning company to clean out the vents and when they were getting cleaned the guy says he can see mold in the vents. I have not been able to have my oldest child stay wit

I'm thankful for staff here at 500 flats The new security is AWESOME. They are all nice gentlemen and they listen and act upon our concerns on the property. My Greatest compliment goes to Lisa. She has is such a Powerful Positive Patient Kind person here at this property. She is very willing to help me with whatever questions I have, she always makes herself available and she goes over and beyond to meet the needs. She truly shows that she cares for us and our safety on this property.

I just want to shoutout to Ms Lisa and Roger, I been living in these apartments for 6 years and they are the most amazing people to have in the office.
