Community Manager is awesome however owners don’t want to spend on critical , life threatening services like snow removal , on the side no door to door trash collection, and gym area is extremely small max fits for 2 people. I’m sharing photos for us removing snow and freezing ice ourselves, where neighbours reserve pre cleaned parking spots to block other neighbours from using them.

I've been loving my new home here for almost 6 months! The area is so peaceful and quiet, a real escape from the hustle and bustle. I love how I can easily walk to the market at the gas station for quick necessities. Maintenance is super responsive; I put in a request and it was fixed the next day! Everything feels brand new and the spaces are incredibly comfortable and well-designed. It's a great place to relax and I highly recommend it!

I have stayed at 5 Row for 3 months now, so far it has been amazing. The new appliances and spacious rooms in the units are what I have been looking for. Marian and Taylor are friendly, helpful and always available when you need help. Really have enjoyed staying at this property.

During my short time so far at 5 rows, it’s been amazing! The new appliances, granite counters, walk-in closet, and amenities here are just perfect. Especially as a student, I’ve used the lounge area almost every weekend as a perfect study area. It’s also a great distance from campus and overall go-to Charlottesville spots. Last but not least, the staff are very helpful and always a pleasure to talk with. If you need a place, this is definitely one to go to.

I have been so pleased with my experience at 5 Row. The apartment is spacious with beautiful, quality finishes and was immaculate upon move-in. The staff is incredibly responsive, friendly and professional. The community itself is well-maintained, peaceful, and feels very welcoming. The clubhouse is a MAJOR bonus! It is so comfy and has been great for both fun gatherings and quiet space to work on snow days. Other pros: -Plenty of parking -Excellent location -Parcel lockers for packages -Fitness center and pool -High speed fiber internet Overall, highly recommend!
