4th Generation Home Builders

Very disappointed with this builder. Have had to have our bathroom floor repaired 3 times, tiles are still cracking. Upon contacting the builder again they now feel that the house is out of warranty and that they are not responsible, for problem that was present since construction. Have neighbors, whose house was also built by this company, and they have had multiple issues with floor repair as well. Appears to be a quality problem. Be very cautious.
