This was the first time my husband and I owned (and sold) an investment property. We live out-of-state and Rob Jenkins made owning, managing, and selling our investment property from far away seamless. He was an AMAZING resource in this process and was always willing to answer any questions. He always kept us informed about our property and tenant; we never had to worry with the day-to-day operations because Rob was extremely trustworthy. LIARS and THEIVES. Took advantage of a first time young veteran homeowner whom, they knew would not be in the country. When I first met, with 4th Ave property I felt confident in 4th Ave property Management's ability to manage the property. During our the discussions, we talked about the items in the house. The property manager Robert Jenkins mentioned that he would find a place to donate the furniture, and I agreed to that arrangement. However, I never received any receipts or confirmation that the donation was completed. I specifically requested that the washer and dryer, which were brand new at the time (I do possess the receipts from Home Depot) be left at the property. Rob Jenkins managed my rental property in Buford for a dozen years. There was very little turnover, as he screened and selected the best tenants, and then kept both tenants and owner happy! He handled all repair issues and when a tree fell on the roof during a recent storm, worked with contractors and insurance company to complete the claim. I would highly recommend my experience with Rob Jenkins. We relocated in 2012 from the Bethlehem GA area and had to rent our house out until the market turned around.
