We had noticed that a section of our oak flooring was showing some unusual signs of damage. I called Scott in the morning and he came that afternoon, crawled under the home and identified a small pinhole leak as the cause. Scott immediately jumped into action and with our approval a remediation company was contacted and came out that very same day to start repairs. We then discussed with Scott our desire to update our kitchen. He listened carefully and came up with some excellent suggestions. Inasmuch some of the repairs would be covered by insurance he helped us walk through the necessary steps and worked seamlessly with our insurance company eliminating any associated stress that sometimes comes with that process. 4th Avenue fully remodeled a bathroom, partially remodeled a second bathroom, and repainted our main bedroom. The results are fabulous. The tile work in particular is excellent. They were responsive, patient, and very professional. We have three dogs that they had to be mindful of, and they were very careful and sweet with them, and I never felt uncomfortable with them being at our house when we weren’t there. We plan to hire them again for additional work.

Hired for 4 separate projects (the last 3 after they completed the 1st and we saw what an incredibly thorough job they did). Once we accepted the bid, we were given a time table when each subcontractor would arrive such that there was just a short time our house was being repaired. We liked all the contractors and the close supervision by Scott. Communication with us and the work done were both excellent. We would highly recommend their company.
