I moved in over a year ago and I can honestly say that I've never been happier to call a place my home. 49 Hundred is an amazing apartment community. The buildings are immaculate and the residents are treated wonderfully. From the gorgeous and convenient amenities to the amazing staff, residents are treated like family. Any request is taken care of immediately. The location is great with easy access to a variety of places . I absolutely love living here and hope to call 49 Hundred my home for years to come! Hands down the best apartment community anywhere!

I lived at 49hundred from March of 2022 to October of 2024 . I lived in the Charisse unit which is a 1b/1ba 941 sq foot apartment. I faced near the Towne square park . Let me start with the positives as there are very few negatives (if any really most out of their control) . 1. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. Any issues upon move in or throughout your lease they fix to your liking (within reason ) 2. Maintenance team is great and very efficient 3. Leasing staff and management are great , though a whole new team since I moved in . Christopher , I believe is his name , when I was in the move out process was amazing ! Seriously , top notch hospitality. As well as , Joey the property manager. Did not work with Sarah too much but she seems nice . 4. Amenities are amazing and

From the Main Office Staff to Maintenance... EVERY staff member at 49 Hundred is FANTASTIC, friendly, and professional!!!! They all take pride in the buildings and the common areas of the property. The special events that they plan for residents go above and beyond. We cannot express enough what a great experience it is to live in the building and be a part of the 49 Hundred Community!
