47 South Apartments

Thoroughly enjoyed my time at 47 South Apartments. Very affordable. Stayed there for the year I lived in Spokane. Sarah and Trinity in the office were great to deal with. Always there to help and take care of any issues. Would have extended my lease if I was still living in the area. But would recommend to anyone moving into the area or who are already living there. And made great use of the golf simulator on property as well for any golfers out there.

I've had my share of experiences both good and bad with previous apartments, and I have to say that this one is by far my favorite. The rent is an amazing price compared to a lot other places, staff is amazing and friendly. When moving from another state I didn't know what to expect because of the low cost in rent. Once I arrived it was a simple process that only took about 20 minutes, got my keys. The apartment was brand new, all new appliances, no scratches in/around cupboards,refrigerator, walls or floors, by far the cleanest apartment I ever seen when it comes to the moving in process. I have yet to experience any issues in or around my apartment (knock on wood) I will 100% renew for another 12 months, and hopefully longer down the road. I definitely found a place that I can call home.

Great place to live at! Community is nice, quiet, respectful, & clean. Staff are very helpful and hands on if there’s a problem!

The 47 South Apartments and their staff have been amazing and incredibly friendly. I had to move suddenly due to a job, and they made the move-out process smooth, quick, and hassle-free. The staff and management were helpful and welcoming every step of the way — especially Sara, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. Truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism!

My husband and I just moved into this complex and it has been amazing! Everything in the apartment itself is spotless, plus the grounds are well-maintained and the neighbors are friendly. Also our leasing agent Sara helped us through the leasing process with speed and efficiency, I'll definitely be referring friends here!
