4550 Cherry Creek Apartments

I've lived here since 6/2021. I was never overjoyed with the management when Greystar ran the show but it is next level HORRIBLE now that Styl bout the building. There is no onsite manager (Kahlil was apparently promoted so he's just "covering" until they can hire per the ladies in the office?) The women at the desk are essentially clueless and sometimes, downright wrong AND rude. There is NO pool use allowed since August, they are tearing apart the deck. The BBQ grills have been torn out. The hot tub hasn't worked (no jets) for about a year. They have removed the pool table and the game/common areas are under construction. Worst of all, I live on the second floor immediately above this construction zone and work from home on the phone. I was never warned that there would be hammeri

I’ve had a wonderful experience working with Kelle at 4550 Cherry Creek. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made the leasing process smooth and stress-free. I recently toured 4550 Cherry Creek and had such a great experience. Kellee showed me around and was absolutely fantastic — knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic about the community. She took her time answering all of my questions and made the entire tour feel relaxed and informative, not rushed or sales-driven. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The location in Cherry Creek is hard to beat, and the renovations currently underway are going to look phenomenal once completed. You can already see the vision coming together, and it’s clear the upgrades will really elevate the community. If you’re considering 4550 Cherry Creek, definitely ask for Kellee. She made the experience stand out and left a really positive impression.

We had a genuinely good experience with 4550 Cherry Creek Management in Glendale, Colorado. Makayla, the property manager, and Kelli, leasing representative were great to work with. Makayla handled the lease logistics and application process smoothly and stayed on top of everything while securing the transfer from a 2-bedroom unit to a higher floor 3-bedroom unit for us. Communication was clear and timely, which made the whole process easy. Levi, the head of maintenance, and Mike from the maintenance team were outstanding. Our move-in checklist was addressed immediately when we took possession, and their professionalism and skill were obvious right away. What stood out most was follow-through. This community is very beautiful from the inside to the highest views on the 24th floor! I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 10 years now and had a few friends that lived in this building. I came in for a tour a couple weeks ago and noticed that they are towards the end of construction. The upgrades are amazing from what this place used to be. STYL has truly done a great job. I was immediately greeted by Kellee the leasing agent. She made my touring experience such a fun time. We laughed and went over every inch of the building. She was so knowledgeable and sweet. If you are looking for a place that has beautiful views and great customer service this is where you should be. I will be putting in my application as soon as my home is sold!
