Since management will not answer the phone no matter how many times you call, let me answer your questions. This place is asking $1,095 for a studio with no windows (save for a small skylight). Rent increases each lease anniversary. Utilities are paid in a package for $275 per month. There is no parking available on premises, but you can purchase a parking pass for $150 per month to park in a garage 1/4 mile away. So, you can have the smallest studio you’ve ever seen for a total of $1,520 per month. The studio is essentially a kitchen. I can’t imagine where I would put a bed, besides in front of the oven. Absolutely unreal and management should be ashamed.

Theft (not just regular package theft) , poor attitude and extremely slow responsiveness of maintenance requests, mice, and so much on. My experience here is honestly traumatizing. I have emails and photos to back up everything I said. They just suck. Don’t just take virtual showing. They are only going to show the good parts of the apartment. The apartment building is not as luxury living as advertised. Just google Redburn (the property management’s name before their “rebrand”), you will see I’m not the only one saying the same things. Just don’t lease here. Once you sign the lease, they will not care about you. I can elaborate more after I move out because I have zero trust in their integrity.
