4300 Rosslyn Apartments

Hidden Gem. These apartments are cozy, spacious, and provide a low effort sense of community. They are well made and since they were built in the 80s, they are more structurally sound—people weren’t taking the same shortcuts they do today. Grateful to have this spot. Neighborhood is walkable; location is prime, 10 minutes to the Heights; 20 minutes from Montrose and Downtown. Property management is outstanding. Grateful for my cozy apartment

Lived here for 14 months and I can not be happier this is my last month with this property. The staff are horrible and they don’t really care about the tenants. When I moved in they were supposed to fix my door it was broken from the tenant before me. They had to bust open the door to get in. They never fixed it. My apartment wasn’t completely ready for me to move in even though I had already paid my deposit and prorated rent. There is a pest problem they have to spray every month and it doesn’t help. There is a parking issue and management has yet do anything about it since I’ve been here. The apartment complex is constantly being thrown from management to management. Each one horrible than the next.

I just moved into 4300 Rosslyn Apartments and I couldn’t be happier. The apartment manager has been incredibly accommodating and is always available to assist with any concerns or questions. The apartments are so nice and fresh - they’ve been fully gutted and renovated with high-end finishes and appliances. The location is great and the price is fantastic. Moreover, the small complex has a neighborhood feel and a truly charming vibe. On my move-in day, three different neighbors cane over and welcomed me to the neighborhood. I can tell that I’m going to be happy here.

A new property "management" company recently acquired our group of apartment complexes in September of 2022. They are horrible! Ever since they took over it's been problem after problem. First with our leases, then the trash and now with our parking. They can send 10 emails about drinking green beer on St. Patty's Day but they can't answer our complaints, fix the trash problem or properly assign parking to their residents. Do not move here! You will be miserable. The original owner was great! They really cared about the tenents and their properties. We've lived here for over three years, going on 4, and it's a mess now. The majority of the tenants here can attest to these issues.

I moved into the recently updated boutique apartments in July of 2018. I wanted a place that felt the least like an apartment as possible and have found it here! The space interior is lovely with all new appliances and wood floors throughout. I love my porch space as it's a perfect place for my outdoor potted plant and herb garden. Lovely neighbors, dog friendly apartments, and plenty of safe neighborhoods to walk my dog. Super close to the Heights without the congestion and Heights prices. Furthermore the apartment manager is efficient and is quick to respond if anything is ever needed. I highly recommend living here :)
