I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 months stay at this apartments. The cleanliness of the unit and the common areas was consistently impeccable. I was particularly impressed by the manager's availability and helpfulness throughout my tenancy. Any concerns were addressed promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a well-maintained and welcoming living environment.

Had an amazing stay here! The owners are super responsive — I once had a dishwasher , and they fixed it within an hour. The location is perfect, right in the heart of UTA, with few restaurant within the campus ,coffee shop just a short walk away. They even have their own laundry room, which makes doing laundry really easy. The rent is affordable too. Definitely recommend this place!

Her proactive communication made living there smooth and hassle-free. One of the biggest advantages of living at Richlyn is its unbeatable location. It’s extremely close to the University of Texas at Arlington—so close that it feels like it’s right on campus. This made commuting to classes and university events super convenient, especially for students. Safety is another major plus. Lived here for 5 years. And my uncle stayed here back in 1987. That i choose to live her. Perfect size management has aways been on top of everything. And since i moved in, they remolded everything. New frige. Appliances. Very quiet and safe. Campus police always out n about. Close to Starbucks. Parking is perfect. Electric never had to pay more than $80. Bucks. In the heart of UTA. . . .
