The management team is incredibly responsive and efficient, addressing any maintenance issues promptly and professionally. The pest control services are top-notch, ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment. One of the standout features of this complex is its serene atmosphere. It’s a quiet community with friendly neighbors, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. Place is literally a nightmare to live at! Landlord is rude and too cheap to replace outdated items and instead constantly repairs old equipment. My dishwasher broke several times and never really was fixed. My A/C unit would leak and mold spread everywhere because of this and it was never fixed. Neighbors are nosy and will report anything or make up stories to tell the landlord. There are cockroaches, thin walls, windows that are super thin so you have to keep the heat or A/C on all day. Washer and dryer cost $1.25 each and are as old as the building. Parking spaces are small and at awkward position and if you’re not careful you will hit your neighbors car. They say they have security but they maybe drive through the parking lot once every other night. There is so much more I could mentio

I moved in a week ago, and I am very happy with my apartment. I am also happy with the location. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they don't have in-unit laundry, and no online rent payment system. However, the quality of apartment is great for the lower price compared to the area it is in. Update: 5/21/22 I would still agree with what I said above now that I have lived here a few months. Other than that; I would say I haven’t had many problems here. I think that the apartments could charge more if they had some type of online communication/payment system, but honestly I am okay with going without for a better rent price.

My older sons just moved into this quaint, quiet apartment community. It is safely tucked away from the main street and it's almost as if you're in another world inside. The rooms are spacious and clean and there's a cute little laundry room downstairs. So far, everyone appears to be nice. Con....you only get 1 parking space per unit. That means, your roommate or guests will have find somewhere else to park and the people in the sutrounding neighborhood will yell at you if the space near their house doesn't work for them! Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

Decent experience. Fairly clean and did not have any pest issues. Maintenance is fairly consistent and prompt. Rent has been affordable at about $700/months for 1 bedroom 1 bathroom.
