At first, things seemed pretty smooth. Things are fine as long as you don't have to deal with maintenance or try communicating with the landlord/property management. It took them weeks to replace the dryer unit after them assuming we just didn't know how to work a washer and dryer. Another instance of poor management was the AC breaking down during the hot summer. For 3 months, right up until we moved out, the AC was not taken care of. Every time we tried putting in a request, someone came out and said something different each time. We finally got a person to give a rational explanation after taking time to investigate, but even HE couldn't reach the office person to schedule a proper repair, (he didn't have the replacement parts needed). Owners not responsive to issues in the apartment. Would NEVER recommend someone living here. We’ve sent countless emails and a robot answering the phone is unacceptable.

En Estos apartamentos no sirve vivir el mantenimiento es fatal nunca vienen arreglar nada todo el tiempo se inunda y a uno le toca perder alfombras y cosas se inunda de agua sucia del baño y cocina pasan días y no arreglan es algo horrible 😞 por favor busquen otro lugar aquí no sirve llevamos años aquí y es lo mismo ya basta, son muchas veces ya que nos ha pasado esto y si uno reclama se molestan y amenazan con echarlo a uno y aquí estaré dejando pruebas para que vean que no miento
