I never like making these reviews but I toured this community and worked directly with Nikki in the leasing office. I want to share my experience for transparency and to help Future perspective residents. When it was my time for the schedule tour Nikki made a phone call to what appeared to be the maintenance man to conduct the tour instead. While the maintenance team member was polite, I found it unprofessional for someone outside of the leasing team to handle the showing, especially when discussing unit details, availability, and pricing. I also asked to see additional available units that were listed at the time and she declined and stated that they were all the same as the one I had already seen. The staff is amazing—5 stars for them—but the reason for the 1 star is for those corporate people we don't see who make all these rules and unnecessary fees. My apartment is outdated with appliances and some other stuff. I know if I upgrade, it's going to go up, and also the towing is out of control; it's so hard to have guests over, and at times we forget to register them. It's not fair, and I wouldn't doubt if someone from the office is working directly with the towing company to make money on the side, but if I ever see someone's car getting towed, I'm blocking the gate and pulling the fire alarm. It's super expensive to get it out, especially in times like we are in now.

I’ve absolutely loved living at 4000 Hulen Apartments! The community is always well kept, peaceful, and in such a convenient location. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and everything feels cared for, which really makes it feel like home. I also want to give a special shout out to Robyn, the office manager. She goes above and beyond for residents. She’s always welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she’s been quick to help with a smile and a solution. You can tell she truly cares about the people who live here, and that makes all the difference.

We lived here for 4 years. We had no complaints the first 3 years. Location is close to green spaces and grocery stores. Maintenance requests are completed quickly. Price is reasonable for the area. Unfortunately, during our last year, we had noisy neighbors that would consistently break quiet hours by playing loud music until 3AM. Management asked for video evidence of the loud music, which I did provide on multiple occasions. They emailed me to let me know that they were pursuing legal avenues to address the concern. After no improvement for months, I talked to management in person and they said there was nothing they could do beyond waiting for the neighbor to move out. I moved in about three months ago, and I can say that I have enjoyed living here. The amenities, location, and dog park are all great. April and Robyn are the sweetest people; they are always attentive and have answered all my questions. I also appreciate the courtesy officer on-site and the night patrol in the white car with red dots. My only complaint is regarding some residents and their pets. I often see them in the hallways while their pets use the bathroom, and they just walk by without picking it up. Additionally, some residents walk past the trash rooms and toss their bags into the room instead of using the trash chutes. It's not very hard to dispose of trash properly. Overall, I am very happy and pleased to be here.
