Lack of communication and maintenence of property. Teenagers work the front desk without any real customer service skills. Avoid this HOA at all costs.

0 stars. To enter the building you need a key fob if you don’t have it or forgot it you are out of luck and need to wait for someone to exit before you can go in. I waited one time from 9:45 pm to 7am in my car because I couldn’t get in. We use to have a code to punch on the intercoms but not anymore. THERES NO LOCK OUT PROCEDURES. Front desk personnel is NEVER there I have lived here for over 2 years and never seen him on a regular basis. My mother comes to visit and has actually never seen him at that desk. The daycare on the second floor is terrible they have no respect or courtesy for those who actually live in the building. They leave building residents outdoors when the intercom or key fob isn't working. I moved in 2 months ago and had seen it 3x; one time, it took 4 days for it to be fixed and we had to worry about finding a way to get into the building. I came late from work and had no way to get in because the entrance tag was not working.

'4 Season International Management' is a true mockery as they dare to use their name as a spin-off of the unrelated 'Four Season' hotel. These crooks are unprofessional and the home repair service is terrible or non-responsive like the other people say on Google review. Plenty of broken things in their apartments not limited to the elevator, bugs, mold in their buildings. They also seem to think they are a dictator or a communist government and loves to come up with false and unlawful house rules that are never in the bylaw or rental signing contract. Worst of all they try to harass people during COVID-19. Avoid at all costs!
