Mandy property manager and the “handyman” sorry forgot his name are two of the most caring people ever! They have gone above and beyond for my sister. If you need an amazing place to live in downtown Reno this is the place!

This apartment was so cute and I loved the view. The windows are thick so it’s quiet if you close them at night or whenever it is noisy outside. The amenities are lovely and Mandy is the best landlord/apartment manager I have ever had! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a luxurious downtown Reno experience.

This is a great location with nice spaces and a pool that's heated all year round. Mandy, the Community Coordinator is great and they do amazing resident events each month.
