3G Home Inspections

I had two inspections with Al, and I cannot say enough how excellent he was in completing the inspection. He took time to explain everything and walk me through all parts of the house during the process. He was responsive, helpful and extremely professional. I have had multiple inspectors I've worked with before and neither come close. You are in good hands in choosing Al. Make the right decision. You won't regret it!

Nick was excellent! He’s very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had during the inspection. The inspection and report were very thorough, and the accompanying photos will be very useful in the future. From making the appointment to providing results, turnaround was extraordinarily quick, and he even made special arrangements to have the radon test canisters sent to the lab in time for the results to be returned by the end of my inspection window.

Recently had a pre-purchase home inspection done by Nick at 3G home inspections and he was tremendous. Very prompt, friendly and polite, Nick spent hours going through every nook and cranny of the house, pointing out and explaining what I thought was everything that was wrong or potentially problematic with the home. Turns out he was even more thorough than that. Within hours we had an amazing report with pictures, videos, links, explanations, limitations and the standards used in every phase of the inspection. It was both exhaustive and extremely simple to follow and understand. I could not be more impressed! Going forward we would only use and recommend Nick and 3G.
