To Whom It May Concern, We are writing this letter to share how terrific our stay has been at 3919 Apartments. Over the past six years, we have never had to worry about maintenance issues. Whether it was plumbing, electrical work, or painting, Joe and his team always took care of it to the fullest. In fact, we’ve rarely waited more than an hour for a repair to be addressed. The office staff, Tara and Becky, run a wonderful program. They are always on top of every detail and ensure the residents—the customers—are well taken care of. 39 Nineteen is a great place to stay, especially if you want a quiet environment to raise a family. By and far, we loved living at 3919 until Brandon left and Becky Pezzano took over. Becky is unprofessional, does not care about tenants, and does not seem to know what is going on. Tara and Joe are fantastic. They do what they can day to day to help residents in any way they can. When you move out, do not expect your deposit back, especially if you have pets. They will charge you for things that were already identified for repair or replacement in the move-in condition report, so make sure you have good videos before you move in and after you move out. They will also charge you for cleaning regardless of how well the unit is cleaned prior to turning it over. Hands down one of the best apartments I’ve ever resided. Apartment complex is very well kept, safe location, adequate parking, and friendly staffs. I’ve lived here for almost a year now and I cannot think of a single negative thing about this place. I cannot emphasize enough about their amazing maintenance staff- they are top-notch and friendly. Tara and Brandon are very helpful and friendly; they always make sure your needs are met. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for your home in Wichita Falls!!

I have lived here for 3 months. Tara made the move in process so smooth and easy. Also the maintenance guy Joe is amazing and professional will get everything fixed in a timely manner and make sure you can call this place a home.

I was so excited that an apartment was available at 39Nineteen right when I needed to move to a gated community. I lucked out and got an apartment with a lake view. It was so gorgeous and peaceful. All of the staff from the managers to the maintenance crew are so friendly and helpful. They truly care about your experience there. I always felt very safe living there. They are the best in town!
