Unfortunately my experience here has been really frustrating, mainly because of ongoing building issues that affect daily life. The biggest problem has been unreliable electricity on the 3rd floor. The power goes out and comes back repeatedly, which makes it hard to do basic things. There have been times I couldn’t cook, couldn’t reliably take a shower, and couldn’t consistently charge my laptop/devices. The constant on-and-off also raises concerns about damage to electronics and appliances. On top of that, the apartment came with a very noisy refrigerator (a basic GE model). In a small space, the loud motor cycling on and off is disruptive. There’s also been a roach issue, and the treatments/response haven’t resolved it. Norris is very helpful, responsive, and professional along the way helping me with the water heater issue, especially around the holiday. Definitely 100/100 experience.

I have overall enjoyed living at this apartment. Cia and Henderson are amazing, and the location cannot be beat. Only complaint is sometimes there is a loud party at the restaurant below, with vibrations from the bass being felt several stories up. Would happen maybe one weekend a month, and usually end by midnight.

Currently living at the apartment, no complaints at all, prime location, lovely management and great maintenance team as well as living spaces
