3901 on the Boulevard

I lived here before and loved it. It was just what I need at that time. I love the picnic area and all the trees in the back. It felt like you weren't in the city. I would recommend this place.

Max and Jesus are fantastic Maintenance guys. Any time i have an issue they fix it. Apartment is in good repair. Highly recommend

They just use me for my 50 dollars app fee I was told my credit was good enough to move in but I would need someone to co sign with me I got my fiancé to turn in her information as a co signer the lady there kept giving me the run around for four days telling me her and her supervisor are working on it to make it happen I called on the last day and was inform that I was not accepted because my credit wasn't good enough. I'm just confused because I was told I just needed a co signer I make good money and I also have two other family members living in there complex that are giving them business but it's cool you can keep the 50 3901 on the boulevard

The boulevard trees and flower are nice. But 3901 roosevelt blvd. is an apartment not really clean but ok. And theres parking for residents inside. But the front is just road.

Waaaaaaay Over priced for what the units DON'T offer OR come equipped with
