Move in expensive | Noise issues | Lack of hot water | Poor lighting | Stolen package due to a mess of a lobby | Closets almost inaccessible | No amenities for high rent prices We moved here sight unseen and the move in process was EXTREMELY expensive but we just thought that was the Boston norm and it was unclear when we signed our lease. They required first months rent as a deposit, first pro-rated month, AND the next month all two weeks before we even moved in - nearly $10k. As a preface, I haven't moved in yet. I'll update once I move in to talk about the details of living in this building, but for now I'll talk about how the tour was and how management has helped make my move easier: I'm moving across the country later this month. When I flew to Boston for my interview, management was very flexible in helping ensure I can see the building, since I was only in town for one day. Jeff came in early to be sure there was time for a full tour. We walked through the building, I FaceTimed my wife, and we both fell in love with the apartment.
